Why is there no free production plan?+
A small paid commitment discourages disposable abuse accounts and protects the shared sending reputation every customer rides on. The sandbox stays free for integration testing; production sending needs a verified domain and an active plan.
What happens at the monthly limit?+
We warn you as usage grows and stop new sends at the published allowance. We do not create surprise overage charges. Move to a higher volume before the limit or wait for the next UTC month.
Is marketing email included?+
Pick a lane at any volume. Only Transactional is the cheaper lane — the send API, SMTP, tracking and suppression. Marketing + Transactional costs a little more and switches on campaigns, automations, lists, segments, topics (also called unsubscribe groups) and a hosted preference page — with unlimited contacts. Both lanes meter the same monthly email allowance; there is no separate per-contact bill.
Does receiving count toward the allowance?+
No. Plans meter outbound recipients — the same monthly allowance whichever lane you pick — and receiving rides along free. We will announce any future inbound metering before anything changes; simulated inbound messages never count.
Are agents and MCP included?+
Yes — on every plan, sandbox included. The MCP server, the CLI and the skills are the same surface the dashboard uses, not a priced add-on. There are no "AI credits".
Can I migrate from another provider?+
