## Sandbox (free)

- $0 — for integration testing, not production.
- 100 test messages per month, to verified recipients only.
- Full platform surface: API, SMTP, SDKs, MCP (54 tools), CLI, webhooks,
  inbound receiving, template + campaign DRAFTING.
- There is no free production plan. Production sending needs a verified
  domain and a paid plan.

## Production plans (self-serve)

Two lanes per volume tier, both metered by the same monthly emails:

- Every plan: unlimited daily sending within the monthly allowance, the full
  transactional platform (send + receive + agents/MCP/CLI), deliverability
  rails (unique DKIM selector, warmup, suppressions), webhooks.
- Verified sending domains scale with the tier — 3 on the smallest plan, then
  more up the ladder, and UNLIMITED from the 500K plan onward (above that, the
  domain count is no longer the lever — it's purely a volume choice).
- At the limit: sends stop with prior warnings. No overage charges, ever.
  Upgrade or wait for the next UTC month.
- "Only Transactional" is the cheaper lane (send API / SMTP / tracking /
  suppression). "Marketing + Transactional" costs a little more and unlocks
  campaigns, automations, lists, segments and a hosted preference page, with
  UNLIMITED contacts — metered by the same monthly emails (no per-contact bill).
- Marketing DRAFTING is free on every plan; SENDING campaigns / activating
  automations needs a Marketing plan + a verified domain, and campaign launches
  are gated by approve-by-reply (a human replies APPROVE).
